வெளியான கட்டுரைகள் அதே முகவரியிலும் அதே DOI-யிலும் நிலையாகக் கிடைக்கும். கட்டுரைகளும் மீதரவும் நீண்டகாலம் பாதுகாக்கப்படும் முறை.
Published articles stay available permanently at the same address and DOI. How the articles and metadata are preserved for the long term.

கட்டுரைகளின் இருப்பிடம் Where articles are held
- கட்டுரைகள், இதழ்கள், மீதரவு ஆகியவை இதழின் Open Journal Systems (OJS) தளத்தில் வெளியிடப்படுகின்றன; அத்தளத்தை பொள்ளாச்சி நல்லமுத்து கவுண்டர் மகாலிங்கம் கல்லூரி (தன்னாட்சி) பராமரிக்கிறது. Articles, issues and metadata are published on the journal’s Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, maintained by Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College (Autonomous), Pollachi.
- ஒவ்வொரு கட்டுரைக்கும் நிலையான தனிப் பக்கமும், தொடர்ந்து செயல்படும் Crossref DOI-யும் உண்டு. Each article has a permanent landing page and a Crossref DOI that is meant to keep resolving.
நீண்டகாலப் பாதுகாப்பு Long-term preservation
இதழ் வெளியீட்டை நிறுத்தினாலும் உள்ளடக்கம் தொடர்ந்து கிடைக்கும்படி, கட்டுரைகள் Internet Archive தளத்தில் பாதுகாக்கப்படுகின்றன; 2016 முதலான இதழ்களின் முழுத் தொகுப்பும் அங்கு உள்ளது.
Content is preserved in the Internet Archive so that it stays accessible even if the journal stops publishing; the full run of issues since 2016 is held there.
மீதரவும் களஞ்சியங்களும் Metadata and repositories
- உரிமம், மேற்கோள்கள் உட்படக் கட்டுரை மீதரவு Crossref-இல் பதிவாகிறது. Article metadata, including the licence and references, is deposited with Crossref.
- தரவுத்தளங்களும் களஞ்சியங்களும் OAI-PMH இடைமுகம் வழியாக மீதரவைத் திறந்தநிலையில் அறுவடை செய்யலாம். Metadata can be harvested openly by indexes and repositories through the OAI-PMH interface.
- கட்டுரையாளர்கள் தங்கள் கட்டுரைகளை எந்தக் களஞ்சியத்திலும் வைக்கலாம் – சுயக் காப்பகக் கொள்கையைப் பாருங்கள். Authors may deposit their articles in any repository – see the self-archiving policy.
