திறந்த அணுகல் அறிக்கை Open Access Statement

களஞ்சியம் ஒரு திறந்த அணுகல் ஆய்விதழ்: ஒவ்வொரு கட்டுரையும் வெளியான நாளிலிருந்தே படிக்கவும் மறுபயன்படுத்தவும் இலவசம்.

Kalanjiyam is an open-access journal: every article is free to read and reuse from the day it is published.

திறந்த அணுகல் அறிக்கை Open access statement

அனைத்துக் கட்டுரைகளும் வெளியானவுடன் சந்தா, பதிவு போன்ற எந்தத் தடையுமின்றி இணையத்தில் இலவசமாகவும் நிலையாகவும் கிடைக்கின்றன.

All articles are freely and permanently available online as soon as they are published, with no subscription, registration or other barrier.

பயனர்கள் முழு உரைகளைப் படிக்கலாம், பதிவிறக்கலாம், நகலெடுக்கலாம், பகிரலாம், அச்சிடலாம், தேடலாம், இணைப்புத் தரலாம்; அட்டவணைப்படுத்தத் திரட்டலாம்; மென்பொருளுக்குத் தரவாக அளிக்கலாம்; சட்டப்படியான எந்த நோக்கத்துக்கும் பயன்படுத்தலாம் – வெளியீட்டாளரிடமோ கட்டுரையாளரிடமோ முன் அனுமதி தேவையில்லை.

Users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search and link to the full texts, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose – without asking the publisher or the author first.

இது புடாபெஸ்ட் திறந்த அணுகல் முன்னெடுப்பு (BOAI) தரும் வரையறைக்கு ஏற்ப அமைந்தது.

This follows the definition of open access of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).

  • பகிர்தல் – எந்த ஊடகத்திலும் வடிவத்திலும் நகலெடுத்து மறுவிநியோகம் செய்யலாம். Share – copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
  • தழுவுதல் – வணிக நோக்கம் உட்பட எந்த நோக்கத்துக்கும் மாற்றியமைத்துப் புதிதாக உருவாக்கலாம். Adapt – remix, transform and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial use.
  • நிபந்தனை – கட்டுரையாளர்களையும் இதழையும் குறிப்பிட்டு, உரிமத்துக்கு இணைப்புத் தந்து, மாற்றங்கள் இருப்பின் தெரிவித்தல். Condition – credit the authors and the journal, link to the licence and indicate any changes.

படிக்க இலவசம், காத்திருப்பு இல்லை Free to read, no embargo

  • படிப்பதும் பதிவிறக்குவதும் இலவசம். Reading and downloading are free.
  • காத்திருப்புக் காலம் (embargo) இல்லை: இறுதிப் பதிப்பு வெளியான நாளிலிருந்தே திறந்திருக்கும். No embargo: the final published version is open from the day of publication.
  • சமர்ப்பிப்புக் கட்டணம் இல்லை; வெளியீட்டுச் செலவின் பகுதியாக ஏற்கப்பட்ட பின் ₹1,000 கட்டுரை வெளியீட்டுக் கட்டணம். No submission fee; an article processing charge of ₹1,000 after acceptance, as part of the publishing costs.
  • கட்ட இயலாதவர்களுக்கு விலக்கு உண்டு; கட்டணம் அணுகலைப் பாதிக்காது. Waivers are available for authors who cannot pay; payment never affects access.

இயந்திரம் படிக்கக்கூடிய உரிமமும் திறந்த மீதரவும் Machine-readable licence and open metadata

உரிமம் ஒவ்வொரு கட்டுரையின் பக்கத்திலும் PDF-இலும் காட்டப்படுகிறது; கட்டுரை மீதரவில் சேர்க்கப்பட்டு Crossref-இல் பதிவாகிறது; OAI-PMH வழியாகவும் கிடைக்கிறது. இதனால் தரவுத்தளங்களும் களஞ்சியங்களும் உரிமத்தைத் தாமாகவே அறிய முடிகிறது.

The licence is shown on each article page and PDF, embedded in the article metadata deposited with Crossref, and exposed through OAI-PMH, so indexes and repositories can recognise it automatically.
