தயாரித்தலும் சமர்ப்பித்தலும்Preparing and submitting

தமிழ் அல்லது ஆங்கிலம். கட்டுரை எம்மொழியில் இருந்தாலும், தலைப்பு, ஆய்வுச் சுருக்கம், திறவுச் சொற்கள் ஆகியவை தமிழிலும் ஆங்கிலத்திலும் தரப்பட வேண்டும்.

Tamil or English. The title, abstract and keywords must be given in both Tamil and English, whatever the language of the article.

லதா, விஜயா, நோட்டோ சான்ஸ் தமிழ், முக்தா மலர் போன்ற ஏதேனும் ஒருங்குறி (Unicode) எழுத்துரு. பாமினி, TSCII போன்ற பழைய எழுத்துருக்களில் தட்டச்சு செய்த உரையைச் சமர்ப்பிப்புப் படிவம் ஒருங்குறிக்கு மாற்றும்; ஆனால் சமர்ப்பிக்கும் முன் முன்னோட்டத்தைச் சரிபாருங்கள்.

Any Unicode Tamil font, for example Latha, Vijaya, Noto Sans Tamil or Mukta Malar. Text typed in older fonts such as Bamini or TSCII is converted to Unicode by the submission form, but check the preview before you submit.

Use the form on the Submit Manuscript page and upload your Word (.docx) file. You receive an e-mail with your article ID and a private link to follow the review.

Yes, if it has not been published in full in the seminar proceedings or elsewhere. Mention the earlier presentation in your message to the editor.

No. Publishing the same work twice in two languages is duplicate publication. You may cite your earlier work and build on it.

மதிப்பாய்வும் வெளியீடும்Review and publication

மதிப்பாய்வாளர்களின் நேரத்தைப் பொறுத்து, பெரும்பாலானோருக்குச் சமர்ப்பித்த 1–2 வாரங்களுக்குள் முதல் முடிவு கிடைக்கும். ஒவ்வொரு ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரையையும், எழுதியவர் யார் என்று அறியாத குறைந்தது 2 மதிப்பாய்வாளர்கள் படிக்கின்றனர்.

Most authors receive a first decision within 1–2 weeks of submission, depending on the reviewers’ availability. Every research article is read by at least 2 reviewers who do not know who wrote it.

இதழ் காலாண்டுதோறும் வெளிவருகிறது. உரிம ஒப்பந்தத்தில் கையொப்பமிட்டு, வெளியீட்டுக் கட்டணம் செலுத்தி, அச்சுப்படிக்கு ஒப்புதல் அளித்ததும், ஏற்கப்பட்ட கட்டுரை அடுத்து வரும் இதழில் வெளியாகும்.

The journal is published quarterly. An accepted article appears in the next available issue once the licence agreement is signed, the APC is paid and the proof is approved.

ஆம். வெளியாகும் ஒவ்வொரு கட்டுரைக்கும் 10.63300 முன்னொட்டுடன் Crossref DOI-யும், இதழ்த் தளத்தில் நிலையான பக்கமும் வழங்கப்படும்.

Yes. Every published article receives a Crossref DOI with the prefix 10.63300 and a permanent page on the journal platform.

மின்னஞ்சலில் வந்த தனிப்பட்ட இணைப்பைத் திறங்கள், அல்லது “கட்டுரையின் நிலை அறிய” பக்கத்தில் கட்டுரை எண்ணையும் ஆசிரியர் ஒருவரின் மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரியையும் உள்ளிடுங்கள்.

உங்களுக்கே. பதிப்புரிமை ஆசிரியர்களிடமே இருக்கும்; கட்டுரைகள் கிரியேட்டிவ் காமன்ஸ் அட்ரிபியூஷன் 4.0 பன்னாட்டு (CC BY 4.0) உரிமத்தில் வெளியாகும்.

You do. Authors keep the copyright and publish under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0).

கட்டணமும் சான்றிதழும்Fees and certificates

ஏற்கப்பட்ட பின் மட்டுமே. சமர்ப்பிப்பு, இதழாசிரியர் பரிசீலனை, மதிப்பாய்வு ஆகியவை இலவசம். கட்டுரை ஏற்கப்பட்டதும் ₹1,000 கட்டுரை வெளியீட்டுக் கட்டணம் (APC) செலுத்த வேண்டும்; இது இணைய வெளியீடு, DOI பதிவு, அனைத்து ஆசிரியர்களுக்குமான மின்-சான்றிதழ்கள் ஆகியவற்றை உள்ளடக்கியது. கட்டுரைகளைப் படிப்பதும் பதிவிறக்குவதும் இலவசம்.

Only after acceptance. Submission, editorial processing and peer review are free. When an article is accepted, an article processing charge (APC) of ₹1,000 is payable; it covers online publication, DOI registration and e-certificates for all authors. Reading and downloading articles is free.

ஏற்கப்பட்ட பின் உங்கள் கட்டுரைக் கண்காணிப்புப் பக்கத்தைத் திறங்கள்: தொகை, UPI QR குறியீடு, வங்கி விவரங்கள் அங்கே காட்டப்படும். வங்கிப் பரிமாற்றம் அல்லது UPI (கூகுள் பே) மூலம் செலுத்தி, அதே பக்கத்தில் பரிவர்த்தனை எண்ணையும் (UTR) திரைப்பிடிப்பையும் அனுப்புங்கள்.

After acceptance, open your article tracking page: it shows the amount, a UPI QR code and the bank details. Pay by Bank transfer or UPI (Google Pay), then send the transaction reference (UTR) and a screenshot from the same page.

ஆம். இதழ் வெளியானதும், கட்டுரையின் அனைத்து ஆசிரியர்களுக்குமான மின்-சான்றிதழ்கள் தொடர்பு ஆசிரியருக்கு மின்னஞ்சலில் அனுப்பப்படும்; அவை வெளியீட்டுக் கட்டணத்தில் அடங்கும். ஒவ்வொரு சான்றிதழிலும் எண்ணும் QR குறியீடும் உண்டு; “சான்றிதழ்” பக்கத்தில் யாரும் சரிபார்க்கலாம்.

Yes. When the issue is published, e-certificates for every author of the article are e-mailed to the corresponding author; they are part of the APC. Each certificate has a number and a QR code, so anyone can check it on the Download Certificate page.
