களஞ்சியம் பொள்ளாச்சி நல்லமுத்து கவுண்டர் மகாலிங்கம் கல்லூரிக்கு (தன்னாட்சி) சொந்தமானது. கல்லூரியின் நூலக மற்றும் தகவல் அறிவியல் துறையும் தமிழ்த் துறையும் இதழை வெளியிடுகின்றன.
Kalanjiyam is owned by Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College (Autonomous), Pollachi. It is published by the college’s Department of Library and Information Science and Department of Tamil.

நிர்வாகம் Management
- முதன்மை ஆசிரியர் Dr. B. Aruljothi, நிர்வாக ஆசிரியர் Mr. S. Veerakannan ஆகியோர் இதழை நடத்துகின்றனர்; இணை ஆசிரியர்களும் தொழில்நுட்பக் குழுவும் துணைபுரிகின்றனர். The Editor-in-Chief, Dr. B. Aruljothi, and the Managing Editor, Mr. S. Veerakannan, run the journal, supported by the associate editors and the technical team.
- ஆலோசனைக் குழு இதழின் திசையைப் பற்றி அறிவுரை வழங்குகிறது; கட்டுரைகள் பற்றிய முடிவுகளில் அதற்குப் பங்கில்லை. The advisory committee advises on the journal’s direction; it takes no part in decisions on manuscripts.
- இதழ்த் தளத்தையும் (Open Journal Systems) பதிவுகளையும் கல்லூரி பராமரிக்கிறது. The college maintains the journal platform (Open Journal Systems) and its records.
ஆசிரியர் சுதந்திரம் Editorial independence
கட்டுரைகள் பற்றிய முடிவுகளை ஆசிரியர்கள் மதிப்பாய்வின் அடிப்படையில் மட்டுமே எடுக்கின்றனர்; உரிமையாளரோ வெளியீட்டாளரோ அவற்றில் தலையிடுவதில்லை. கட்டணமும் கட்டண விலக்குக் கோரிக்கைகளும் ஆசிரியர் முடிவுகளிலிருந்து தனித்து வைக்கப்படுகின்றன.
The editors decide on manuscripts on the strength of peer review alone; neither the owner nor the publisher intervenes. Payments and waiver requests are kept apart from editorial decisions.
நிதி ஆதாரம் Funding
- இதழின் செலவுகளைக் கல்லூரி ஏற்கிறது. The college meets the journal’s running costs.
- ஏற்கப்பட்ட கட்டுரைகளுக்கான ₹1,000 கட்டுரை வெளியீட்டுக் கட்டணம் வெளியீட்டுச் செலவின் ஒரு பகுதியை ஈடுசெய்கிறது; கட்ட இயலாதவர்களுக்கு விலக்கு உண்டு. The ₹1,000 article processing charge for accepted articles covers part of the publishing costs; waivers are available.
- இதழில் விளம்பரங்கள் இல்லை; நிதியுதவி செய்பவர்கள் எவருக்கும் உள்ளடக்கத்தில் பங்கில்லை. The journal carries no advertising, and no funder has any say over its content.
