திருத்தமும் திரும்பப் பெறுதலும்Corrections, Retractions and Withdrawals

வெளியீட்டுப் பதிவு துல்லியமாகவும் முழுமையாகவும் பேணப்படுகிறது. வெளியீட்டுக்குப் பிந்தைய மாற்றங்கள் வெளிப்படையாகச் செய்யப்பட்டு, மூலக் கட்டுரையுடன் இணைக்கப்படுகின்றன.

The published record is kept accurate and complete. Changes after publication are made openly and linked to the original article.

வெளியீட்டுக்கு முன் கட்டுரையை விலக்கிக்கொள்ளுதல்Withdrawing a manuscript before publication

மதிப்பாய்வு தொடங்கும் முன், இதழாசிரியருக்கு எழுதி ஆசிரியர்கள் கட்டுரையை விலக்கிக்கொள்ளலாம். மதிப்பாய்வு தொடங்கிய பின் அல்லது கட்டுரை ஏற்கப்பட்ட பின், அனைத்து ஆசிரியர்களும் கையொப்பமிட்ட எழுத்துப்பூர்வக் காரணமும் இதழாசிரியரின் ஒப்புதலும் தேவை. விலக்கல் உறுதி செய்யப்படும் வரை கட்டுரையை வேறெங்கும் சமர்ப்பிக்கக் கூடாது.

Before peer review starts, authors may withdraw a manuscript by writing to the editor. After review has started, or once the paper is accepted, withdrawal needs a written reason signed by all authors and the editor’s approval. A manuscript may not be submitted elsewhere until the withdrawal is confirmed.

திருத்தங்கள்Corrections

முடிவுகளைப் பாதிக்காமல் பதிவை மட்டும் பாதிக்கும் பிழைகள் – ஆசிரியரின் பெயர் அல்லது நிறுவனம், அட்டவணை, படம், மேற்கோள் போன்றவற்றில் – பின்வரும் வெளியீட்டில் வரும் திருத்த அறிவிப்பு மூலம் சரிசெய்யப்பட்டு, கட்டுரையுடன் இருவழியாக இணைக்கப்படும். திருத்திய கட்டுரையில் மாற்றம் செய்த தேதி காட்டப்படும்.

Errors that affect the record but not the conclusions – in an author’s name or affiliation, a table, a figure or a reference – are corrected through a correction notice published in a later issue and linked both ways with the article. The corrected article shows the date of the change.

கவலை அறிவிப்புகள்Expressions of concern

ஒரு கட்டுரை குறித்துக் கடுமையான கேள்விகள் எழுந்து, விசாரணை இன்னும் நிறைவடையாதபோது, இதழாசிரியர்கள் கவலை அறிவிப்பு வெளியிடலாம்.

When there are serious questions about an article and an investigation is not yet complete, the editors may publish an expression of concern.

திரும்பப் பெறுதல்Retractions

(பிழையாலோ முறைகேட்டாலோ) முடிவுகள் நம்பகமற்றவையாக இருக்கும்போதும், கருத்துத் திருட்டு அல்லது இரட்டை வெளியீட்டு நிகழ்வுகளிலும், கடுமையான அறநெறி மீறல்களிலும், COPE வழிகாட்டுதல்களின்படி கட்டுரைகள் திரும்பப் பெறப்படும். திரும்பப் பெறுதல் அறிவிப்பு காரணத்தையும் கோரியவரையும் குறிப்பிடும். திரும்பப் பெற்ற கட்டுரை அவ்வாறு தெளிவாகக் குறிக்கப்பட்டு இணையத்திலேயே இருக்கும்; அதன் DOI மீதரவும் புதுப்பிக்கப்படும்.

Articles are retracted, following the COPE retraction guidelines, when the findings are unreliable (because of error or misconduct), in cases of plagiarism or duplicate publication, or when there are serious ethical breaches. The retraction notice states the reason and who asked for it. The retracted article stays online, clearly marked as retracted, and its DOI metadata is updated.

வெளியான கட்டுரைகள் அகற்றப்படுவதில்லைPublished articles are not removed

வெளியான கட்டுரைகள் இணையத்திலிருந்து அகற்றப்படுவதோ அழிக்கப்படுவதோ இல்லை. உள்ளடக்கம் சட்டத்துக்குப் புறம்பானதாகவோ உடல்நலத்துக்குக் கடும் அபாயம் விளைவிப்பதாகவோ இருந்தால் மட்டுமே அகற்றல் பரிசீலிக்கப்படும்; அப்போது அதன் இடத்தில் ஓர் அறிவிப்பு இருக்கும்.

Published articles are not withdrawn or deleted. Removal is considered only where the content is unlawful or poses a serious risk to health; a notice is then left in its place.
