உரிமைOwnership

களஞ்சியம் – சர்வதேச தமிழ் ஆய்வு இதழ் (e-ISSN 2456-5148) இதழின் உரிமையாளரும் வெளியீட்டாளரும் நூலகம் மற்றும் தகவல் அறிவியல் துறை, தமிழ்த் துறை, நல்லமுத்து கவுண்டர் மகாலிங்கம் கல்லூரி (தன்னாட்சி), பொள்ளாச்சி, இந்தியா. இதழின் இணையதளத்தையும் Open Journal Systems தளத்தையும் கல்லூரியே நடத்துகிறது.

KALANJIYAM – International Journal of Tamil Studies (e-ISSN 2456-5148) is owned and published by the Department of Library and Information Science and Department of Tamil, Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College (Autonomous), Pollachi, India. The journal’s website and its Open Journal Systems platform are run by the college.

நிர்வாகம்Management

முதன்மை ஆசிரியர், நிர்வாக ஆசிரியர், இணை ஆசிரியர்கள், ஆசிரியர் குழு ஆகியோர் இதழை நிர்வகிக்கின்றனர் (காண்க: ஆசிரியர் குழு). கல்லூரியின் மூத்த உறுப்பினர்களைக் கொண்ட ஆலோசனைக் குழு, நெறிமுறைகள், வளங்கள் குறித்து இதழாசிரியர்களுக்கு உதவுகிறது.

The journal is managed by the Editor-in-Chief and the Managing Editor, with associate editors and an editorial board (see Editorial board). An Advisory Board of senior members of the college supports the editors on policy and resources.

இதழாசிரியர் தன்னாட்சிEditorial independence

எதை வெளியிடுவது என்ற முடிவுகளை, மதிப்பாய்வாளர்களின் ஆலோசனையின் அடிப்படையில், இதழாசிரியர்கள் மட்டுமே எடுக்கின்றனர். வெளியீட்டாளர், நிதி நல்குவோர், ஆலோசகர்கள் தனிப்பட்ட கட்டுரைகள் மீதான முடிவுகளில் பங்கேற்பதில்லை.

Decisions on what to publish are taken by the editors alone, on the advice of peer reviewers. The publisher, funders and advisers do not take part in decisions on individual manuscripts.

நிதியும் வருவாய் ஆதாரங்களும்Funding and revenue sources

இவ்விதழை நல்லமுத்து கவுண்டர் மகாலிங்கம் கல்லூரி (தன்னாட்சி), பொள்ளாச்சி, தனது நூலகம் மற்றும் தகவல் அறிவியல் துறை, தமிழ்த் துறை வழியாக வெளியிடுகிறது; இதழின் இயக்கச் செலவுகளைக் கல்லூரி ஏற்கிறது. ஏற்கப்பட்ட கட்டுரைகளின் ஆசிரியர்கள் ₹1,000 கட்டுரை வெளியீட்டுக் கட்டணம் (APC) செலுத்துகின்றனர்; இது வெளியீட்டுச் செலவின் ஒரு பகுதியை ஈடுசெய்கிறது. இதழ் விளம்பரங்களை வெளியிடுவதில்லை.

The journal is published by Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College (Autonomous), Pollachi, through its Department of Library and Information Science and Department of Tamil, and the college meets its running costs. Authors of accepted articles pay an article processing charge (APC) of ₹1,000, which meets part of the cost of publishing. The journal carries no advertising.
