Sangam literary texts are understood as literature that appeared two thousand years ago. After that, there are eighteen books of legal literature. Thirukkural is one of these antiquarian texts. This book is composed by Thiruvalluvar. Tirukkural is a book that has seen a boom not only in a country but also in the world. It is considered to be a land that produces the fountain of knowledge that transcends caste, religion, race and language in the minds of people. There is no substance that is not in it, even if it is divided into three parts: virtue, materiality and pleasure. All the elements required for human life are included in it. There are hardly any people in Tamil Nadu who do not know about this book. In such a special Thirukkural, there are many messages about the administrative methods that are needed and used in today's society. Management is multi-dimensional and evolving. Management related courses and management related competitive exams are developing day by day. People who study management get higher positions in work and live. When management is established in the family, the income and expenses are evaluated and the way is made for the progress of life. This article suggests that various methods such as planning, building policies, setting goals, evaluating, making decisions, being punctual, perseverance, moderation, speaking sweetly, and noting are included in Thirukkural as a basis for such management.
