The most revered place in Vaishnava shrines is the Thiruvaranga. The lying form of the Thirumal is particularly visible here. Many people worship and venerate this Thirumal in various ways. In particular, among the azhwars known as the great Vaishnava saints like Thirumangaiyazhwar and Kulasekarazhwar, Thondaradippodiyajwar also worshipped Lord Thiruvaranga. They have sung in their hymns, remembering and melting in the memory of Lord Thiruvaranga. It can also be seen that when singing in praise of Thirumalai, they have sung with great emotion, using metaphors. This study aims to investigate the historical accounts of the Thiruvaranga, its significance and organization, and the parables known in the poems of Thondaradippodiyāzhvar, in order to convey such stories to future generations.
