This paper examines the traditional medical systems practiced by the Sangam Tamils, detailing their foundational methods, objectives, and practical applications. Furthermore, it analyzes how these ancient healthcare practices have evolved into modern medical frameworks and highlights their potential relevance to global treatment practices today.
