பன்னாட்டுத் தமிழ் ஆய்விதழ் | ISSN: 2456-5148

களஞ்சியம் இதழுக்கு உங்களை வரவேற்கிறோம். இது ஒரு முதன்மையான, திறந்தநிலை அணுகல் (Open Access), சமகால ஆய்வாளர்களால் மதிப்பாய்வு செய்யப்படும் (Peer-Reviewed), பன்முகத்தன்மை கொண்ட காலாண்டு ஆய்விதழ் ஆகும். உலகின் மிகத் தொன்மையான மற்றும் ஆழமான செம்மொழிகளில் ஒன்றான தமிழ் மொழியைப் பாதுகாப்பதற்கும், ஆராய்வதற்கும், மேம்படுத்துவதற்கும் நாங்கள் அர்ப்பணிப்புடன் செயல்படுகிறோம்.

🎯 எமது நோக்கம் மற்றும் தொலைநோக்கு

எமது ஆய்விதழ், பாரம்பரியத் தமிழ் மரபுக்கும் நவீன கல்விசார் தேடலுக்கும் இடையே ஒரு உலகளாவிய பாலமாகச் செயல்படுகிறது. எமது முக்கிய நோக்கங்கள்:

  • ஆய்வுத்திறனை மேம்படுத்துதல்: தமிழ் மொழியியல் மற்றும் பண்பாடு குறித்த உயர்தர ஆய்வுகளுக்குத் தரமான தளத்தை வழங்குதல்.

  • உலகளாவிய சென்றடைவு: உலகம் முழுவதும் உள்ள ஆய்வாளர்களுக்கு ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகளை எவ்விதக் கட்டணமுமின்றி ‘திறந்தநிலை அணுகல்’ முறையில் கிடைக்கச் செய்தல்.

  • பண்பாட்டுப் பாதுகாப்பு: தொல்காப்பியம் முதல் சமகாலப் படைப்புகள் வரையிலான 2,500 ஆண்டுகால இலக்கிய மரபுகளை ஆவணப்படுத்துதல்.

🔍 ஆய்வின் நோக்கம் மற்றும் எல்லை

களஞ்சியம் என்பது தமிழ் மற்றும் ஆங்கிலம் ஆகிய இருமொழிகளிலும் வெளிவரும் ஒரு வெளியீடாகும். இது பல்வேறு துறை சார்ந்த ஆய்வுகளை வரவேற்கிறது. எமது ஆய்வெல்லை பின்வருவனவற்றை உள்ளடக்கியது (ஆனால் இவை மட்டுமே அல்ல):

  • 📜 இலக்கியம்: சங்க இலக்கியம், நவீன கவிதை மற்றும் படைப்பிலக்கியம்.

  • 🗣️ மொழியியல்: தமிழ் மொழியின் பரிணாம வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் ஒப்பீட்டு மொழியியல் ஆய்வுகள்.

  • 🏛️ மரபு: கோயில் ஆய்வுகள், கல்வெட்டியல், வரலாறு மற்றும் நாகரிகம்.

  • 🎨 பண்பாடு: நாட்டுப்புறக் கலைகள், நாட்டார் வழக்காற்றியல் மற்றும் புலம்பெயர் தமிழர் ஆய்வுகள்.

  • 🌿 பல்வேறு துறைகள்: சித்த மருத்துவம், சூழலியல் விமர்சனம் மற்றும் இலக்கியத்தின் உளவியல் கூறுகள்.

  • 🔄 மொழிபெயர்ப்பு: உலக இலக்கியங்களைத் தமிழில் கொண்டு வருதல் மற்றும் தமிழ் இலக்கியங்களை உலக மொழிகளுக்குக் கொண்டு செல்லுதல்.

🛠️ ஆய்விதழ் சிறப்பம்சங்கள் மற்றும் கொள்கைகள்

உங்கள் ஆய்வுகள் தகுந்த அங்கீகாரத்தைப் பெறுவதை உறுதி செய்ய, நாங்கள் உயரிய கல்விசார் நேர்மைத் தரங்களைக் கடைபிடிக்கிறோம்:

  • ⚖️ சக ஆய்வாளர் மதிப்பாய்வு (Peer Review): நடுநிலைமை மற்றும் சிறப்பினைப் பேணுவதற்காக ‘இரட்டை மறைநிலை மதிப்பாய்வு’ (Double-Blind Peer Review) முறையைப் பின்பற்றுகிறோம்.

  • 🚫 கருத்துத் திருட்டுக் கொள்கை: கல்விசார் நேர்மையைக் காக்க, கருத்துத் திருட்டுக்கு எதிராக மிகக் கடுமையான (Zero-tolerance) கொள்கையை வைத்துள்ளோம்.

  • 🔓 திறந்தநிலை அணுகல்: CC BY உரிமத்தின் (Creative Commons Attribution 4.0) கீழ் வெளியிடப்படுகிறது. இது முறையான மேற்கோள்களுடன் ஆய்வுகளைப் பலருக்கும் கொண்டு சேர்க்க அனுமதிக்கிறது.

  • 📝 ஆசிரியர் உரிமைகள்: ஆசிரியர்கள் தங்கள் படைப்பின் மீதான பதிப்புரிமையைத் (Copyright) தக்க வைத்துக் கொள்ளலாம்; அதே வேளையில் களஞ்சியம் இதழுக்கு அதனை வெளியிடும் உரிமையை வழங்குகிறார்கள்.

  • 🌐 குறியீட்டு வரிசை (Indexing): Google Scholar, IRINS/INFLIBNET ஆகியவற்றில் குறியிடப்பட்டுள்ளதுடன், Internet Archive மூலமாக ஆவணப்படுத்தப்படுகிறது.
