கணிசமான பங்களிப்பின் மூலமே ஆசிரியர் தகுதி கிடைக்கிறது; அதனுடன் ஆய்வுக்கான பொறுப்பும் வருகிறது. செயற்கை நுண்ணறிவுக் கருவிகளின் பயன்பாட்டை வெளிப்படுத்தும் முறையும் இங்கே.

Authorship is earned through a substantial contribution and carries responsibility for the work. How the use of AI tools must be disclosed is set out here too.

கட்டுரையாளர் யார் Who is an author

கட்டுரையாளராக இடம்பெறக் கீழுள்ள நான்கு தகுதிகளும் தேவை.

An author must meet all four criteria below.

01பங்களிப்பு Contribution

ஆய்வின் கருத்துருவாக்கம், வடிவமைப்பு, தரவு அல்லது மூலச் சேகரிப்பு, பகுப்பாய்வு, விளக்கம் ஆகியவற்றில் கணிசமான பங்களிப்பு. A substantial contribution to the conception or design of the work, or to collecting, analysing or interpreting the data or sources.

02எழுதுதல் Drafting

கட்டுரையை எழுதுதல் அல்லது அதைக் கவனமாகத் திருத்தியமைத்தல். Drafting the manuscript or revising it critically.

03ஒப்புதல் Approval

வெளியிடப்படும் இறுதி வடிவத்துக்கு ஒப்புதல் அளித்தல். Approving the final version to be published.

04பொறுப்பு Accountability

ஆய்வின் எல்லாப் பகுதிகளுக்கும் பொறுப்பேற்க இசைதல். Agreeing to be accountable for the work.

தொழில்நுட்ப உதவி, மொழிபெயர்ப்பு, மொழித் திருத்தம், ஆசிரியர் தகுதியில்லா மேற்பார்வை, பொது உதவி ஆகியவற்றுக்கு நன்றியுரையில் நன்றி தெரிவிக்கப்படும். பரிசு, விருந்தினர், மறைமுக (ghost) ஆசிரியர் தகுதி ஏற்கப்படாது.

Technical help, translation, language editing, supervision without authorship and general support are thanked in the acknowledgements. Gift, guest and ghost authorship are not accepted.

பங்களிப்பு அறிக்கை Contributor statement

ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகளின் அறிவிப்புப் பகுதியில் ஆசிரியர் பங்களிப்பு அறிக்கை இடம்பெற வேண்டும்; இயன்றவரை CRediT வகைப்பாட்டைப் பயன்படுத்துங்கள் – எ.கா. கருத்துருவாக்கம், முறையியல், ஆய்வு, முதல் வரைவு எழுதுதல், மீளாய்வும் திருத்தமும், மேற்பார்வை.

Research articles include an author contributions statement in the declarations; use the CRediT taxonomy where possible – for example conceptualisation, methodology, investigation, writing (original draft), writing (review and editing) and supervision.

தொடர்பு ஆசிரியர் Corresponding author

  • எல்லாக் கட்டுரையாளர்களின் சார்பிலும் இதழுடன் தொடர்புகொள்கிறார். Communicates with the journal on behalf of all authors.
  • சமர்ப்பிப்புக்கும் எந்த மாற்றத்துக்கும் எல்லாக் கட்டுரையாளர்களும் இசைந்ததை உறுதிசெய்கிறார். Confirms that all authors approve the submission and any changes.
  • உரிம ஒப்பந்தத்தில் ஒப்பமிடுகிறார்; வெளியீட்டுக்குப் பிந்தைய கேள்விகளைக் கையாள்கிறார். Signs the licence agreement and handles questions after publication.
  • ORCID: தொடர்பு ஆசிரியருக்குக் கட்டாயம்; பிற கட்டுரையாளர்களுக்கும் பரிந்துரைக்கப்படுகிறது. ORCID iD: required for the corresponding author and recommended for all authors.

கட்டுரையாளர் பட்டியலில் மாற்றம் Changes to authorship

  • கட்டுரையாளர் பட்டியல் சமர்ப்பிப்புக்கு முன்பே முடிவாக வேண்டும். The author list must be settled before submission.
  • சமர்ப்பித்த பின் கட்டுரையாளரைச் சேர்க்க, நீக்க, வரிசை மாற்ற: காரணம் கூறும் எழுத்து மூலக் கோரிக்கை, நீக்கப்படுபவர் உட்பட எல்லாக் கட்டுரையாளர்களின் ஒப்பம், இதழாசிரியரின் ஒப்புதல் தேவை. After submission, adding, removing or reordering authors needs a written request with the reason, signed by all authors – including anyone being removed – and the editor’s approval.
  • வெளியான பின் கட்டுரையாளர் பட்டியலில் மாற்றம் வெளியிடப்படும் திருத்த அறிவிப்பின் மூலம் மட்டுமே. After publication, authorship changes are made only through a published correction.

உருவாக்கச் செயற்கை நுண்ணறிவு Generative AI

  • செயற்கை நுண்ணறிவுக் கருவிகள் ஆய்வுக்குப் பொறுப்பேற்க இயலாதவை; எனவே கட்டுரையாளராகப் பட்டியலிட முடியாது. AI tools cannot take responsibility for the work, so they cannot be listed as authors.
  • எழுதுதல், மொழித் திருத்தம், மொழிபெயர்ப்பு, தரவுப் பகுப்பாய்வு, படம் உருவாக்குதல் போன்ற எந்தப் பயன்பாட்டையும் முறையியல் அல்லது நன்றியுரைப் பகுதியில், கருவியின் பெயரையும் பயன்படுத்திய விதத்தையும் குறிப்பிட்டு, தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும். Any use of AI for writing, language editing, translation, data analysis or creating images must be described in the methods or the acknowledgements, naming the tool and explaining how it was used.
  • AI உருவாக்கிய உரை, மேற்கோள், மொழிபெயர்ப்பு உட்படக் கட்டுரை முழுவதன் துல்லியத்துக்கும் கட்டுரையாளர்களே பொறுப்பு. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy of the whole paper, including any AI-generated text, references and translations.
  • இல்லாத மேற்கோள்களைப் புனைவது முறைகேடாகக் கருதப்படும். Invented references are treated as misconduct.
  • மதிப்பாய்வாளர்களும் இதழாசிரியர்களும் கட்டுரைகளை AI கருவிகளில் பதிவேற்றக் கூடாது. Reviewers and editors must not upload manuscripts to AI tools.
