களஞ்சியம் இதழுக்குக் கட்டுரையை எந்த வரிசையில், எந்த வடிவில் தயாரிக்க வேண்டும் என்பதைக் காட்டும் மாதிரி. இரட்டை மறைவு மதிப்பாய்வுக்காக, தலைப்புப் பக்கமும் முதன்மைக் கட்டுரையும் தனித்தனிக் கோப்புகளாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.

கோப்பு 1: தலைப்புப் பக்கம்File 1: title page

கட்டுரைத் தலைப்பு – தமிழிலும் ஆங்கிலத்திலும்.
ஒவ்வொரு ஆசிரியரின் பெயர், பதவி, துறை, நிறுவனம், ஊர், ORCID (இருந்தால்).
தொடர்பு ஆசிரியரின் மின்னஞ்சல்.
நிதியுதவி, முரண்படும் நலன்கள், ஆசிரியர் பங்களிப்பு, AI கருவிப் பயன்பாடு பற்றிய உறுதிமொழிகள்.

Title of the paper – in Tamil and in English.
Each author’s name, designation, department, institution, town and ORCID iD (if any).
E-mail address of the corresponding author.
Declarations: funding, conflicts of interest, author contributions and any use of AI tools.

கோப்பு 2: முதன்மைக் கட்டுரை (ஆசிரியர் பெயர் இல்லாமல்)File 2: main manuscript (no author names)

தலைப்பு (தமிழ், ஆங்கிலம்) – 14 புள்ளி, தடித்த எழுத்து, நடுவில்.
எ.கா. சங்க இலக்கியத்தில் அறக்கோட்பாடுகள்: ஓர் ஆய்வு
ஆய்வுச் சுருக்கம் – 150–250 சொற்கள், தமிழிலும் ஆங்கிலத்திலும்: நோக்கம், மூலங்கள்/ஆய்வுமுறை, கண்டறிதல்கள், நிறைவு.
திறவுச் சொற்கள் – 3–5, தமிழிலும் ஆங்கிலத்திலும்.
எ.கா. சங்கம், அறம், குறுந்தொகை, தமிழ்ப் பண்பாடு
முன்னுரை – ஆய்வுப் பின்னணி, ஆய்வுக் கேள்வி, முன்னாய்வுகள்.
பகுப்பாய்வு – எண்ணிட்ட உட்தலைப்புகளின் கீழ்.
நிறைவுரை – கண்டறிந்தவற்றின் சுருக்கம்.
துணைநூற்பட்டியல் – MLA 8ஆம் பதிப்பு முறை.
எ.கா. வையாபுரிப்பிள்ளை, எஸ். தமிழ்ச் சுடர் மணிகள். பாரி நிலையம், 1952.

Title (Tamil and English) – 14 pt, bold, centred.
Example: Ethical principles in Sangam literature: a study
Abstract – 150–250 words in Tamil and English: aim, sources or method, findings, conclusion.
Keywords – 3–5, in Tamil and English.
Example: Sangam, aṟam, Kuṟuntokai, Tamil culture
Introduction – background, research question, earlier studies.
Analysis – under numbered headings.
Conclusion – what the study found.
References – MLA 8th edition.
Example: Vaiyapuri Pillai, S. Tamiḻc Cuṭar Maṇikaḷ. Pari Nilaiyam, 1952.
