களஞ்சியம் இதழில் வெளியிடும் ஆசிரியர்கள் தங்கள் கட்டுரைகளின் பதிப்புரிமையை எவ்விதக் கட்டுப்பாடும் இன்றித் தம்மிடமே வைத்துக்கொள்கின்றனர். கட்டுரையை முதலில் வெளியிடவும், மூல வெளியீட்டாளராகத் தன்னைக் குறிப்பிடவும், காப்பகப்படுத்திப் பரப்பவும் தனியுரிமையற்ற உரிமத்தை இதழுக்கு வழங்குகின்றனர்.
Authors who publish in KALANJIYAM retain the copyright of their articles without restrictions. They grant the journal a non-exclusive licence to publish the article first, to identify itself as the original publisher, and to archive and distribute it.
உரிமம்Licence
ஒவ்வொரு கட்டுரையும் கிரியேட்டிவ் காமன்ஸ் அட்ரிபியூஷன் 4.0 பன்னாட்டு (CC BY 4.0) உரிமத்தின் கீழ் வெளியிடப்படுகிறது. இவ்வுரிமத்தின்படி எவரும்:
- பகிரலாம் – எந்த ஊடகத்திலும் வடிவத்திலும் நகலெடுத்து மறுவிநியோகம் செய்யலாம்;
- தழுவலாம் – வணிக நோக்கம் உட்பட எந்த நோக்கத்துக்கும் மாற்றியமைத்து, அதன் மேல் புதிதாக உருவாக்கலாம்;
ஆனால் உரிய சுட்டு (ஆசிரியர்கள், தலைப்பு, இதழ், தொகுதி, எண், ஆண்டு, DOI) தர வேண்டும், உரிமத்துக்கு இணைப்புத் தர வேண்டும், மாற்றங்கள் செய்திருந்தால் அதைக் குறிப்பிட வேண்டும்.
Every article is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence. Under this licence anyone may:
- Share – copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format;
- Adapt – remix, transform and build upon the material, for any purpose, even commercially;
as long as they give appropriate credit (authors, title, journal, volume, issue, year and DOI), provide a link to the licence, and indicate if changes were made.
உரிம ஒப்பந்தம்Licence agreement
கட்டுரை ஏற்கப்பட்ட பின், கட்டுரைக் கண்காணிப்புப் பக்கத்தில் தொடர்பு ஆசிரியர் அனைத்து ஆசிரியர்களின் சார்பாகவும் பதிப்புரிமை மற்றும் உரிம ஒப்பந்தத்தில் இணைய வழியில் கையொப்பமிடுவார். கையொப்பமிட்ட ஒப்பந்தம் கட்டுரை, ஆசிரியர்கள், உரிமம், தேதி ஆகியவற்றைப் பதிவு செய்கிறது.
After acceptance, the corresponding author signs the copyright and licence agreement online on behalf of all authors, from the manuscript tracking page. The signed agreement records the article, the authors, the licence and the date.
பிறரது படைப்புகள்Third-party material
இணக்கமான உரிமத்தில் கிடைக்காத பிற மூலங்களிலிருந்து படங்கள், அட்டவணைகள், நீண்ட மேற்கோள்கள் ஆகியவற்றைப் பயன்படுத்த ஆசிரியர்கள் அனுமதி பெற்று, மூலத்தைக் குறிப்பிட வேண்டும். வேறு உரிமத்தில் உள்ள பகுதிகளை அவற்றின் தலைப்புக் குறிப்பில் (caption) தெளிவாகக் குறிப்பிட வேண்டும்.
Authors must obtain permission to reuse figures, tables or long quotations from other sources that are not available under a compatible licence, and must acknowledge the source. Material under a different licence must be marked as such in the caption.
உரிமம் காட்டப்படும் விதம்How the licence is shown
உரிமமும் பதிப்புரிமை அறிக்கையும் ஒவ்வொரு கட்டுரையின் முகப்புப் பக்கத்திலும் PDF கோப்பிலும், Crossref-க்கு அனுப்பப்படும் மீதரவிலும், OAI-PMH வழியாகக் கிடைக்கும் தரவிலும் இடம்பெறுகின்றன.
The licence and copyright statement appear on each article’s landing page and PDF, and in the article metadata deposited with Crossref and available through OAI-PMH.
