Reader Rights: Readers are granted the right to read, download, copy, distribute, print, and link the full text of all articles for non-commercial academic purposes, ensuring maximum visibility and usage of the research.
2. Rationale for Article Processing Charges (APCs)
To ensure the sustainability of our Open Access model, KIJTS does not rely on subscription fees or external institutional funding. The rigorous process of scholarly publication—including professional editing, formal peer review, digital archiving, and journal maintenance—involves significant administrative and technical costs.
The Article Processing Charge (APC) is the mechanism by which KIJTS covers these essential operational expenses while guaranteeing that research remains freely accessible to everyone.
3. Fee Structure
There is no charge for submitting a manuscript to KIJTS. The APC is only payable if a manuscript successfully passes peer review and is formally accepted for publication by the Editorial Board.

Note on Acceptance: All publication decisions are based solely on the scientific merit and scholarly quality determined by the peer review process. Acceptance is entirely independent of the author’s ability to pay the APC. KIJTS maintains a strict policy against plagiarism.
4. What the APC Covers
The mandatory APC is a fixed cost that facilitates the high standards and services integral to the journal’s operation. This charge specifically covers:

5. Optional Print Services
Authors may elect to purchase physical materials related to their publication. These fees are additional to the mandatory APC.
