Abstract

It is known from the Sangam literature that the Tamils structured their living environments very well. They divided the land into five parts and divided them into Land related Items the first, the second, and the third. They divided life into internal and external. In this way, this article explains the worship of Varuna, the god of weaving, which was practiced in the Sangam period and the current worship of Varuna..
