Today's world is moving towards the pinnacle of Information Technology (IT) development. The internet, artificial intelligence, databases, social media, e-governance, and online education have completely transformed human life. Although information technology offers various conveniences to human society, it has also brought challenges such as data insecurity, moral degradation, privacy violations, the spread of fake news, and cybercrimes.
In this context, the Thirukkural—which emerged two thousand years ago—not only provides ethical guidance for human life but also offers profound insights relevant to the modern information technology world.
This study comprehensively analyzes the concepts of Thirukkural in fields such as communication, data security, internet ethics, leadership, artificial intelligence, time management, social media usage, and educational technology. Furthermore, it emphasizes the necessity of humanity and ethics in the technological world.
