Abstract
Thirukkural, one of the Pathinenkilkanakku (Eighteen Didactic Texts) works within the corpus of Sangam-era literature, is a world-renowned Tamil classic. Although it addresses universal themes such as ethics, society, politics, economics, and love, it also profoundly articulates the significance and necessity of education. This article highlights the importance of knowledge by examining the insights on education offered by Valluvar.
