Abstract
The life of ancient Tamils was structured across multifaceted dimensions, including family, race, occupation, worship, rituals, and trade. The unwavering beliefs held by the people within their families and daily lives, along with the customs rooted in those beliefs, served as the ethical principles of their public life. The objective of this project report is to analyze and explain the dietary habits, cultural practices, and occupations of the people who lived across the four distinct landscapes of the ancient Tamils, as depicted in Sangam literature.
